In what is a major change, the latest version of Sage Accounts now enables users to print their invoices, statements, remittances, sales order and purchase orders directly onto plain paper without needing to design or edit layouts. This is a welcome change giving flexibility to Sage users who can now design their financial documents from the outset – without having to fit information into predetermined spaces. The documents can also be easily emailed, eliminating stationery and postage costs. The changes will allow Sage 2012 users  to reduce time spent in report design, and enable them to print professional looking invoices quickly and easily with the new built-in plain paper templates.
